The base is made of brushed aluminum or solid oak with a clear lacquer finish. The solid oak legs further enhance the relaxed warmth and enveloping shell of the chair’s elegantly curved backrest and seat. By continuing the free-flowing profile of the shell, they extend its form downwards, culminating in delicately rounded points, like perfectly poised ballet shoes balanced on the floor.
