Bauhaus Mobile

The Flensted Bauhaus Mobile celebrates the iconic Bauhaus design with bold primary colors and geometric forms. Handmade for the Bauhaus Museum in Weimar, it adds a touch of modern European design to living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, kitchens, or children’s rooms.

For over 60 years, Flensted has employed "homeworkers" to assemble their mobiles. Each mobile is created in people's homes, with regular visits from Flensted to provide supplies and new mobiles in exchange for the completed ones. Almost all Flensted mobiles are lighter than a standard letter. They can be fixed to your ceiling with a tiny nail––no drills or hooks are needed.

Care Instructions: Cardboard mobiles can be very lightly dusted with a soft brush. Wood, aluminum, or plastic mobiles can be wiped with a moist cloth with a few drops of mild dishwashing detergent.
