The Carl Hansen & Søn CH26 Armchair was designed in 1950 by Hans J. Wegner alongside a series of iconic chairs. It remained as a sketch for years until Carl Hansen later brought it to life. The CH26 Armchair closely resembles the lounge version with its organic shapes, refined back, and hand-woven seat, and features proportions ideal for longer periods of sitting at a dining table or a desk.
