The PH 3½-3 Pale Rose Brass Pendant, designed by Poul Henningsen and reintroduced by Louis Poulsen, exemplifies the three-shade system developed in the late 1920s to provide glare-free, pleasant lighting. Initially popular in commerce and public administration, Henningsen aimed to bring this functional yet cosy lighting to homes, offering an alternative to traditional chandeliers. The new PH lamps launched around 1930, available in various colors including amber, red, yellow, and the classic opal white, became a huge success for domestic use.

The PH 3½-3 Pale Rose Brass Pendant reflects modern preferences for clear yet cosy lighting. Inspired by Henningsen's fondness for the pale rose tint, this pendant features soft curves, a unique three-shade design, and a white textile cord. Its glossy mouth-blown Italian glass and brass suspension, which patinates over time, make it versatile and stylish for various settings. The pendant stands out individually or in a row, providing an even distribution of light and a touch of elegance.

Please Note: Untreated brass will change over time and develop a patina.
