The iconic Flensted Mobiles are created by hand, on the beautiful island of Funen, in Denmark.
For over 60 years, Flensted has employed "homeworkers" to to assemble their mobiles: meaning they are created in peoples homes, with regular visits to provide them with supplies and new mobiles, in exchange for the completed ones.
The Flensted Symphony in 3 Movements was designed originally in 1972 by Ole Flensted and was inspired by listening to Mozart.
