Lampadina Classic Table Lamp

$166

Lampadina, the Italian word for bulb, is a playful design by Achille Castiglioni introduced in 1972. This table lamp provides direct and diffused light through its partly sandblasted clear globe. Its base is anodized aluminum and contains any excess power cord not needed to reach an outlet. The lamp holder has an on/off switch.

Achille Castiglioni had a knack for offering new perspectives on everyday objects, as seen by how he played with the concept of light by recreating the classic light bulb.
