The Gallery Stool, designed by Hans Sandgren Jakobsen, was a major design breakthrough when it was launched in 1998. With striking simplicity, the properties of molded plywood are pushed to the maximum limit to form a sculptural seating object.
Fredericia is a family-owned design company established in 1911 known and celebrated for creating modern originals crafted to last for generations. Through collaborations with design masters Børge Mogensen, Hans J. Wegner, and Nanna Ditzel, Fredericia has introduced many beloved pieces including the Spanish Chair, the Ox Chair, and the J39 Morgensen Chair.
